I am using a single event as a recurring event and have to repeat the events over and over again every week I just keep adding new date times and tickets. Because of the special shortcodes “NEXT_UPCOMING_DATETIME_REGISTRATIONS” I have to set my “SELL UNTIL” date to the the date of the class so that my instructors can still see who is coming in that day without having to login to the system.

My question is in order to simplify this process, when I ASSIGN TICKET to an EVENT DATETIME, I use the “ADD NEW TICKET”, is there a way to default the sell until date to be the date of the event time so I don’t have to click and select it every time I add a new ticket? I have to do this for about 40 events every month, I am looking at ways to help speed up this process since you don’t have recurring events.

Thanks
Denise

One way you can speed this up is when you are done selecting the Event Start date, you key ctrl-c (PC) or command-c (mac). Then when you click on the Sale End date field, you key ctrl-v (Pc) or command-v (mac). This will copy/paste the same value onto that field without having to click the calendar dates/times.
