We have an event that includes Room & Board “tickets”. One of the options are suites of 3 rooms. We have a limit of 3 (possibly 5) suites, so a total of 9 to 15 registrants. Right now all three suites have been booked, but not all 9 registrants, i.e. not all the individual rooms in the suite have been booked. I’ve closed the sales on this item because I don’t want people who are not part of the parties of the 3 suites to book the remaining rooms in those suites. Is there a way, I can selectively open up sales though for that ticket option to people I know should go in those rooms?
