Hi
When selecting ‘Yes’ from the drop down menu in recurring events I’m not getting any options to select. The options just don’t appear, I’ve tried this on Chrome, Firefox and IE (all the latest versions).
It’s worked fine up until now, I am doing a refresh so have no events and have deleted all categories then entered new ones.
Version info below.

It might help to check to see if there are any JavaScript errors on the admin page. There may be a conflicting script being loaded by the theme or another plugin.
You can rule out a theme conflict by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
You can rule out a plugin conflict by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.

After going through my plugins I found that the flickr set slideshows plugin prevents the options from appearing if Yes is selected in recurring events manager.
