I have some people complaining that they can’t register for my class because when they try to submit their information, they get this message “Sorry, there was a security error and your registration was not saved.” What’s going on? I don’t want to give you an easy out, but could it have anything to do with my SSL certificate?

Hi Andrew,

It looks like you are using WP Super Cache and are caching Event Espresso pages http://take.ms/CsbRm (Notice the date that pages was cached)

You will need to add all Event Espresso pages (visible within Event Espresso -> General Settings) to the do not cache list.

By default these pages are ‘event-registration’, ‘thank-you’ and ‘transactions’

If you go to Settings -> WP Super Cache -> Advanced. Then input those pages within the do not cache strings. Heres an example of mine – http://take.ms/jQpxi

Then save the strings and purge the cache.

Once that has been done retest a registration.

Thank you. That did the trick.
