There are 2 questions:-
1. Want to know about the security compliance for Authorize.net AIM. How secured is this for capturing the payments thru Credit Cards?
2. Is there are any other options for accepting offsite payments. We want to force the donors to put their Credit Card details on Authorize.net page rather than putting it in our page form.

Hi there,

1. Want to know about the security compliance for Authorize.net AIM. How secured is this for capturing the payments thru Credit Cards?

The short answer to this is ‘as secure as your server’.

The details are POST’d to Auth.net in accordance with their documentation, it’s about as secure as it can be within itself…. BUT…. all of the processing with on-site payment methods is done on your server, so card details are only as secure as your server is.

2. Is there are any other options for accepting offsite payments. We want to force the donors to put their Credit Card details on Authorize.net page rather than putting it in our page form.

Are you wanting to continue to use Auth.net?

If so your options are Auth.net SIM:

(Note SIM has been deprecated in favour of Accept, it will still work as of now but Auth.net are phasing it out, see HERE)

Or Auth.net Accept:
