Second Confirmation Email

When users purchase two tickets on separate days they are only getting the first confirmation email and not the second. I have asked them to check their Spam folder and it isn’t there either. How can I make sure that they are getting both emails?

Each purchase is a separate order so those emails won’t be connected. Setup Postmark App or Mandrill on your site:
