Hi, i am shopping around for a event ticketing software and was wondering if the seating chart is ready for production use? It has Alpha in front of it and that does not mean a whole lot of good…any idea when it will finish alpha and beta?

what happens to users who buy the feature or site pack from you guys now? will they have to pay additional to get the next ‘set’ of seating chart functions?

The seating chart is still in alpha yes, it does occasionally have a bug that needs ironing out in it, but generally works just fine.

Re: additional cost. No, any extra features or advancements of Event Espresso and its add on plugins is included in the licence term (1 year support and updates).
