Hey guys, I created a seating chart for section A, B, C, D, E, F and Sections 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15. Whenever I create the chart, everything is out of order. On the screen the seating chart displays the sections horizontally like this 15,11,12,13,14,A,2,1,F,E,D,C,B,7,6,5,4,3,8,9,10. What could be wrong with this? How do I fix this? Also, when I set it up with an event it takes a while for the seating chart to pop out and everything is extremely slow. There are almost 2900 seats, and seems like the seating chart pop-out just does not work well on mobile phones. Is there a plugin for resizing the seating chart?

Ok, broke it down into level 1 for section A-F and level 2 for sections 1-15 which did fix the order issue. However, now that I try to see it on a mobile phone it does not display properly at all. It seems to no be responsive. I tried breaking up each section into its own level so I would get a thin seating chart to scroll down the screen on a mobile phone but it’s not working very well. Is there an easy workaround to make this responsive? Or would I have to hire someone to re-code some stuff to make it fit on a mobile phone screen?

Hi, the seating chart is not currently mobile responsive and would require some additional changes to work well on smaller screens on mobile phones.
We do not currently have a plugin that makes it mobile responsive.
