Hi Paul, the seating chart is selected via the event editor (bottom right area of event editor).

Note: you’ll need to save changes to the event editor after selecting it.

What is the issue that you are experiencing with the layout?

when the chart comes up it is missing a section and part of another, it is like it is to big for the screen, all the seats show up in the list of seats and I figured out I needed a leading 0 on the import so the rows would come in the right order but how do I shrink the chart so it fit on the screen since I can seem to scoll it.

is it possible to turn it so it lays out like my event? from portrait to landscape?

Hi,

If the seating chart is large, the area should allow scrolling – can you provide a link to an event with the seating chart?

It should be possible to change the import file to show it as landscape, but it really depends on how it has been set up, the link requested above and if possible a copy of the import file would be great to see, and I may be able to give pointers from there.

Thanks Dean I got most of it taken care of last night, I am looking for someone that could possible change the way the seating chart functions, I’m looking to be able to select multiple seats from the chart at one time, up to the max limit set for the group and have it add the Attendees as you select set. That way a group that wants to sit together can grab the seats and then fill out the registration. Is this possible, anyone up to the task?

Hi Paul,

We aren’t able to take on custom work at this time. Please feel free to contact one of our Pro-Developers to see if this is something they can do for you.

Also, you can allow multiple registrations per event which will allow the customer to select multiple seats in one transaction. It will look similar to this: http://ee3.demoee.org/event-registration/?ee=1
