Seating Chart and paypal

Dear Admin,

I have setup an event and have number of issues;
1. Seating chart front sections are OK, upper section rows 1-3 are not sorted eg start from 10-28, 4-9 and it should be 4-28 starting from below 3;
2. In backend seating chart, hover text and labels are OK but not at frontend
3. Although prices are upload in csv and is OK in seat info. Still upon booking, eg, 1 VIP=$60 and 1 standard is $40 is booked, total charge it show is $200.
4. Upon proceeding to paypal, $0 amount is passed to paypal(used debug mode to confirm)

No reply,

I managed workaround in seating chart but sorting is pending issue and hover text was template issue.
I still get problem with double charge and $0 amount passing. Please help

Hi there,

The double charge/0 amount has been fixed in Event Espresso 3.1.30, (now available as a pre-release in the pre-release channel) and the next version of the Seating Chart, which is due out this week.

Thanks for replying, Upgraded to 3.1.30 but same problem. So, we have to wait till release of seating chart to get it working! We have to setup 7 events and are already one week behind. Can you login and please make it work.. I am desperate and it is too late to look for another system ahead of our events

The new version of the seating chart can be downloaded from your account page. Please note that the seating chart is an alpha software release that is under development, so we make no guarantees that everything works.
