Are there any plans to make the Seating Chart Add-on compatible with EE4? I have a client who is looking for a seating chart and this looks perfect. I just wanted to make sure there is a roadmap to keep this add-on going for the future.

We do have plans for adding the Seating Chart capability to EE4, and it should be even better than the Seating Chart for EE3. One of our main reasons for the rewrite that became EE4 was the need to make an architecturally strong core system that would better support extensibility. Adding the Seating Chart to EE3 was almost too much for the core system, and it did create a lot of support requests, as the kinks were worked out.
Unfortunately, we cannot at this time give any kind of time frame for when an EE4 version of the Seating Chart will be ready for testing. We have several balls in the air with adding capabilities into EE4 that customers had come to expect with EE3, as well as adding new capabilities that can take advantage of EE4’s core strengths, and several other EE3 add-ons that require EE4 versions to be written.
