I’m considering to buy a license, but I have two questions first to make sure the plug-in can do everything I need.
1) About the seating chart add-on: How customizable is the seating chart display? Does it just show rows in a standard graphic or can I create an intricate seating chart that reflects the actual positioning of the seats (which wouldn’t be just rows of seats but seats freely arranged in the place)?
2) My client requests three statuses for the seats which should be reflected in the seating chart as well: Green=free, yellow=reservation pending, red=reserved and payed. Is that possible?

Hi Joe,
The Seating chart layout is not limited to rows. It uses a CSV format which, whilst takes some getting used to, once mastered its very powerful. It has been used to create a variety of “seating” plans from the standard theatre seats to flea markets tables.

Regarding the colour coding, that currently isnt possible to have three options. The default is grey squares for free and green for selected, though it is possible to change those colours with a little bit of CSS.
