I would like the order of the sections in the seating chart to be Left, Center, Right, but don’t know how to change the section order. Please advise. You can view the current order here: http://film-events.webcraftclients.co.nz/event-registration/?ee=1

Hi David,
I’m assuming that in your CSV file the order runs centre, left, right?
If so it’s likely you will need to reorganise the order in the CSV and reupload the chart.
I say that because while you can organise the order of the sections from the Seating Chart options (Seating Chart > My Seating Charts tab > hover over seating chart > click Section Alignment), it won’t work if you have the original order as centre, left, right.
The best you could get would be left, right, centre. Changing the order in the CSV will make it work straight away.

Hi Dean,
Thanks, I’ve gone back to the .csv and figured out how to organise it so that the order of rows and sections are how I need them. Rows need to be entered it 3 digit numbers starting with 001 and I had change my section orders to right, centre, left to get the to show the left on my left. All sorted now : – )
