Search registrants and export registrants broken

Hi! My WordPress site just redirects me to the home page when I try to search for registrants or click “All Registrations CSV Report”. Any idea what might cause this? EE4, Multi-event registration add on, all plugins up to date.

There are a few possible causes to this issue. In most cases, you can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.

We have tried turning off all other plugins and temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme. The issue persists. There seems to be a broken query issue within Event Espresso. We can access the CSV link with a direct URL but we cannot access it via the buttons in the back end.

The buttons within the admin are just standard links styled like buttons.

So your using the exact same link from the button and it works then?

It sounds like you may be hitting some kind of restriction on the server, mod_sec or WAF rules maybe? Can you check with your host and have them confirm if that is the case or not please.
