I am having a similar issue as the person who posted https://eventespresso.com/topic/attendee-search-not-working/.
I have a single event with 280 attendees so far–with about 500 projected to attend. I often have to search attendees to make data corrections, process manual payments, etc. I would like to search my entire attendee list all at once, but I cannot figure out how to do this.
On the Attendee Reports Page, I’ve selected “All Attendees.” Under “Retrieve”, I select “All” rows from the database. I even pick Show “100” entries. Yet only 50 registrations are displayed at a time. When I use the live search filter to search for an attendee by their last name, no results are displayed unless that particular attendee just happens to be in the list of 50 people who are displayed at that given moment. Otherwise, I have to keep hitting the “Next 50 Rows” button to search through my data 50 rows at a time until the person shows up.
Isn’t there an easier way to do this?
I am using event espresso 3.1.30.7P and WordPress 3.5.1. and have not recently upgraded.

I’ve selected “All Attendees.” Under “Retrieve”, I select “All” rows from the database.
Did you click the Retrieve button after selecting the amount?

Thank you Dean. That did the trick. I had not clicked on the retrieve button. I’m an advanced user, and I feel pretty silly that I was not able to figure this out.

Hi Ken,
It’s caught a few people out so sorry about that. It also resets currently so be aware of that, I have requested a default option to be added in so you can set it at a figure that is good for you. I am doubtful that will be added before the next major release (4.0 – yes we renamed 3.2).

I really hope that default option is added. I’m constantly searching through registrations for our tournament and the fact that it resets is quite annoying.
Also, any way to show more than 100? I have less than 200 registrants…just wish I could see them all on one page.

Hi Jon,
Understood and there is a ticket outstanding to look into this. More than 100? We havent been requested this before and it has been 100 for some time now. I’ll add a feature request for it but cannot guarantee if/when it would be implemented.
