Hi, I have been using the Android app to scan tickets. It allways worked fine, but when I tried using it last Saturday(may 30th) I cannot scan anymore. When i tap the scan button at the top of the attendeeslist, the scannerwindow opens for a second and closes again. “Event Espresso has stopped”. I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with android version 5 installed. EE3 3.1.37.4.P, Ticketing 2.2.0.p. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it wont work. My coworker uses the iPhone app, which works fine.

Hi Tony, I’ve tried the above, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve used the App on May 13th and it worked fine. But when I tried to use it at may 30th the scanner stopped everytime I tried scanning. nd yes, Im using Lollipop.

Hi, does anyone else have the same problem? I removed the app and reinstalled. Still the same error. I need the app next Saturday. I don’t know what to do.
How is your connection to the internet? Also, is you site in maintenance mode? Has anything changed with your setup since it worked last?
