Hi,

Is there a way to only allow approved/paid tickets when scanning?

Hi there,

Last time I checked that’s what the ticket scanner does.

No it allows check-in of tickets that are not paid/incomplete.

Do those registrations have an Approved status, even though they haven’t paid?

Hi,

Sorry it seems to be fine now – it was allowing tickets that were manually added through the backend although there wasn’t any payment.

Also, is there a way to track down which WP user added payment details manually?

Not currently.

EE assigns the payment to the transaction but does not store any user information along with that payment.
