Hello! What is wrong? Thanks for any help // Hans-Erik |

Hi, The first thing to check is your memory allowance as it could be you have simply maxed it out. You can try the PHP way to up it, but if that does not work you may need to refer to your host to check the actual memory limit. http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP Also, do you have or have you had a caching plugin running on your site? I couldn’t see one, but we have had it before where a caching plugin was installed and uninstalled but it has left remnants of itself on the server, specifically in the .htacess which has also caused this error. |

Hi Dean! Have a great day // Hans-Erik |

Hi Erik, I would try an up it as high as possible, even up to 256mb if you can. |

Hi Dean! When I open the app in an iPad, I get the following “No Registrations The operation couldn’t be completed. (Cocoa error 3840)” So what should I do? Or is it so that the system can not handle this amount of visitors? Could it be that EE4, can do this better? (I have my next event in May 2015 so I have some time to test) Have a great day // Hans-Erik |

September 15, 2014 at 11:25 am It could be that the php timeout is set to 30 seconds, and that would probably reach a limit of about 3000 attendees. You have more that 3000 attendees for a single event? If your host cannot increase the php timeout limit, then you may want to consider upgrading to a Virtual Private Server. Mine runs about $30 a month. Then you would have root access to the apache and php configurations, and could dial the timeout limit up as high as you need to. |
