We have an event that opens on Saturday and we recently changed URL from a subdomain to WWW
This means tickets were purchased on the two different domains and now we are checking scanning the subdomain tickets won’t scan now that the licence is against our current WWW URL
Any help appreciated how to get the tickets, purchased on the subdomain url, scanned
I’ve just logged in and tested scanning a couple of tickets which worked fine on both Android and iOS.
Can you please post up the steps you are taking when testing this?
What error are you now getting when scanning?
