Can Event Espresso be used to scan a barcode, pull up a user’s info and use that to register for next year?

Hi David,
A registrant/attendee would need to register through your website by selecting a pricing option from the ticket selector and then completing registration checkout.

I would like to have them scan a code that is generated by the system (during their registration to the current event) which will then be used to autopopulate a form when they scan the current code to get them registered for the next event. Is that possible?

Hi David,
It would be possible with custom development however its not something that Event Espresso currently supports.
You would need the help of a developer to build out a system that could pull the registration information based on the barcode and then pass that over to the other registration form for the next event.
