I am unable to save the CC on custom messages. |

Hi there, We will need some additional info on this, what is happening when you try to save? Are any errors shown on the page? Which message template are you editing? |

First, it makes me add shortcodes to all the other sections. Then, it appears to have saved everything but when I save and exit and go back in, the information is not there. |

Add shortcodes? Oh, because the field is required? You don’t need to add shortcodes to those fields, just add a space, it needs ‘something’ in the field as it is required. We are aware of this issue and will be releasing a fix for it.
Which message type and ‘context’ are you editing? For example, the ‘Registration Approved’ message type and ‘Registrant’. |

I added the spaces instead of the codes and it is working now. Thank you for your help. |
