Saving Custom Message emails

I am unable to save the CC on custom messages.

Hi there,

We will need some additional info on this, what is happening when you try to save?

Are any errors shown on the page?

Which message template are you editing?

First, it makes me add shortcodes to all the other sections. Then, it appears to have saved everything but when I save and exit and go back in, the information is not there.

Add shortcodes? Oh, because the field is required?

You don’t need to add shortcodes to those fields, just add a space, it needs ‘something’ in the field as it is required. We are aware of this issue and will be releasing a fix for it.

Then, it appears to have saved everything but when I save and exit and go back in, the information is not there.

Which message type and ‘context’ are you editing?

For example, the ‘Registration Approved’ message type and ‘Registrant’.

I added the spaces instead of the codes and it is working now.
It was a custom message for the Payment Received.
