Okay, this is an on going problem. Some of my events out of the blue change to expired! And there’s nothing I can do to change them back! And if that event was today and I delete the entire event and try to start over…. it still says expired! If I recreate a different event in the future, it works… but same day always giving me EXPIRED. And this happens without me knowing it!!!! I’ll realize that no one has signed up for a class this up coming weekend…. I’ll check the website, and sure enough…. it says expired and no one can buy tickets! THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW! This plug in is starting to cost me money! And I’m NOT happy! So whats the problem? and what do I do ? What to you need from me to ensure this does not happen again??? |

I’m using EE4 BTW |
Hi there, An ‘expired’ event should normally be an event in which all of the datetimes have the ‘Event End’ date set in the past – http://take.ms/K7XdP If you have multiple datetimes within an event and any of those datetimes have an upcoming end date, the event should not expire. Do you have an event that is currently showing this issue that I could take a look at? Or could you re-create a test event showing the same behaviour so I could take a look at that please? |

This is getting ridiculous, now the time slider is messed up on the events! When I create a date and time… the time is completely off! What the heck is going on with this plugin??? Can I give you my login info so you can see whats going on??? |
Hi there, If the time is ‘completely off’ then its likely another plugin you have installed is using date_default_timezone_set() which causes issues with WordPress (and any plugin using dates) Do you have other plugins that deal with dates? Calendars, Scheduled Posts, etc (basically anything that uses a date or time in one way or another) If so can you try disabling that plugin and retesting please? |

If you can send login details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I’ll take a look and see if I can see any reason for this. |

I have worked with godaddy on changing to a cpanel web hosting account… that does NOT force cache. As requested, using the same temp login info, can you please log in to the account and verify that everything is the way it should be now? Thank you |
Hi, any sporadic issues should immediately go away if you are no longer on that plan. The quickest way to check would be to create a new event (e.g. a test event) and then try to register for that event in a different web browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, then try using Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc to test the new event. Also you should no longer see the clear cache toggle in the top left area of your WP dashboard toolbar. — |
