hiii
i want to automatically add event categories same as blog category…..
any help will be appreciated…thnks in advance…

Hello,
The Events use a different taxonomy for categories so they do not mix in with standard blog categories, sorry about that.

ok…thank you very much for replying fast….so there there is no way to get same categories as blog for events…

Well you could add the same categories for events as you have for posts, but they will still be separate, the events will not mix in with the blog feed.
In the premium version of the plugin, you have an option to create a post for every event which will mix in with the normal fee and use the default categories. It is separate from the event still but is useful for promoting your events in the blog feed.
The Event Espresso Lite version does not have this capability.
