Hi,
For some reason VAT is not being added onto the price of our events. In the pricing section a 20% sales tax is showing, however on the invoices and receipts VAT is being shown as £0.00
Any help where I am going wrong would be much appreciated.

Sure, no problem. If you click on “Find Dates” and select a course and fill our the registration from you will see at this stage no VAT is displayed. If you carry on and select Invoice you will at this stage see no VAT being applied.

Just to update, I have now resolved this. Just realized the checkbox to make this ticket taxable was not checked.
