Hi,

I’ve setup SagePay as the only Payment Option. When I complete a test registation, I am not presented with CC Form detail.

Transaction Status: Incomplete View Payment Options

When I click View Payment Options I get an error
The requested route payment_options could not be mapped to any registered modules.

Version 4.8.16.p
WP 4.3.1

Thanks

Alan

Site is in Coming Soon mode but link above will bypass this.

I also tested with coming soon plugin disabled.

Thanks

Hmm, any modifications to EE at all?

Normally when a module can’t load either code has been changed or there’s a plugin/theme conflict.

Did this work at some point previous?

No changes to plugin. I only purchased it this week and installed without changes.

Are you using iThemes Security? If so try temporarily disabling that plugin.

Can you enable WP_DEBUG on the site and see if any errors are being thrown?

Also try enabling one of the default payment methods such as Invoice and see if the payment options appear then.

Hi Tony,

No I dont have iThemes Security Plugin.
I’ve tried with Stripe Payment only- Same Issue
I’ve tried with Invoice Payment only- Same Issue

No errors are thrown.

Thanks for your help on this.

The next step is to do a full troubleshoot on this.

First make a backup of the site (pref. full site but at the very least a DB backup).

Then switch to one of the default themes such as twentyfourteen and retest.

If the same happens disable all plugins and retest, then it should work.

Then re-activate each plugin one by one, testing between each one to fund which causes the error to come back up.

Then let us know which plugin so we can investigate further.
