Is there an update on this matter – I ask as when I log into Opaya its says:

‘Have you updated the URLs you use for your transactions and reporting? If not, we’re extending this deadline for you until 31 May 2024. For more info, check out the developer hub”

Another reason is that we have recently experienced a customer who bought tickets using SagePay and EE says successful transaction but customer says money hasn’t gone out her bank, and I can confirm that Opayo have no record of the transaction. Is this an URL issus?

Any updates would be useful.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the SagePay plugin (v1.1.7.p)?

Yes we are using Version 1.1.7.p
