I am getting emails from Sagepay (Opayo) saying we are not 3D secure and we only use sagepay with event espresso Version 1.1.7.p. Questions:
Is Sagepay plugin 3D ready?
What action do I need to take to make us compliant?

Hi Andrew,
The SagePay payment method has 2 integrations known as ‘Direct Integration’ and ‘Server integration’.
‘Direct Integration’ is not 3D secure/SCA ready but ‘Server Integration’ is so based on the fact that you are getting the above emails I’m assuming you are using that.
Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods.
Do you see ‘Sage Pay Server Integration’ listed and is that the version you are currently using?

yes I do see Sage Pay Server Integration listed. Is it a simple matter of activating it and is there any documentation to assist me when activating it. Thank you.

In short, you switch from direct over to server just by activating the server integration adding the vendor name to the settings and de-activating the direct Sagepay integration. It’s a different type of integration but should work with everything you have set up with SagePay so far.
