Safari issues with registration

Hi there – I was wondering if there were currently any known issues with clicking submit both on registration forms and on payment in Safari? A test in it on my end goes through, but I’ve had an alarming number of customers – all using Safari – report that clicking submit just loads forever or brings up an error message. All other browsers work fine, and we haven’t added any new plugins or updates lately. Thanks for any insight!

Hi Lauren,

I tested your site with three registrations, one from Safari on Windows, one from Chrome on iPhone and one from Safari on iPhone.

I didn’t pay for any but I saw no issues or slow speeds for registration.

Is there any other information that can be provided such as were the users all trying for a particular event, did this happen at a particular time or day (I’m thinking some background server issues possibly), or anything else that can be used to narrow down the issue.
