I am running various workshops for teachers in the UK. looking for a plugin that will allow me to imput details of the workshops.
1) delegate to book on the course and get an additional email address for invoicing
2) send delegate an email confirmation.
3) send a pdf attachment invoice to the different email address in pounds.
4) allow follow up emails for delegate reminders with pdf attachment of the workshop details and invoice reminders with a pdf invoice copy.
5) allow export of the data so i can put it in my access database.
Will EE do this and which version do i need.

Hi Kevin,
1) delegate to book on the course and get an additional email address for invoicing
This is possible with a custom question answer that can be used for the payment related emails, it takes a little setting up as by default EE consides the ‘Primary Registrant’ (the first user) to be the payee.
2) send delegate an email confirmation.
Yes each registrant can receive an email.
3) send a pdf attachment invoice to the different email address in pounds.
4) allow follow up emails for delegate reminders with pdf attachment of the workshop details and invoice reminders with a pdf invoice copy.
Yes, however EE does not support PDF attatchments within the emails, they emails contain a link they can use to download the Invoice, but not a PDF attachment.
5) allow export of the data so i can put it in my access database.
You can export the registration data to CSV and then import to whatever you prefer.
