Is there a way to set up an event and only collect rsvp’s without payment? This event is pay at the door and we just want people to rsvp but be aware of the pricing.

Hi David,
Seth the ticket price to $0 and it won’t ask for payment, but you’ll have to add the “at the door” pricing in the event description. That will allow people to register/RSVP without payment and then pay at the door.
You can also add the pay at the door details in the confirmation email.

When I set the payment to zero it shows as a free event and will confuse people. Is there no way to just turn off payment for a single event?

You could use the check or invoice gateways and modify the text to make it clear that payment is expected at the door.
