Rows Displaying Out of Order

I am creating a seating chart for a venue. The first row on the back is A then the next row is N and it progresses forward in reverse alphabetical from N to B. I set it up this way in my CSV, but when I load it into the seating chart plugin it wants to order the rows from A-N. Super frustrating. How can I overcome this issue?

Hi Stewart,

I can recommend displaying the Row information in the custom tag field, and set the row field to use numbers instead. So for example, tickets for Row A will have a value of 10 in the row column, Row N = 11 … Row B = 23. Here’s an example chart that may help illustrate this idea:
