I understand the Add-On has not been completed for EE4 yet but I have a need to create a user and provide them with permissions to only access the EE section of the site. Is there a workaround for this already? If not any ETA on when their might be?

How are you today?
We’re going a little different route with EE4 roles & capabilities. We’re in the process of adding capabilities throughout EE4, but we’re not going to build a roles and capability plugin right off the bat. You should be able to manage the roles and capability access with an existing capabilities manager plugin.
