why should i need to buy ee3 license in order to use role and permission basic and pro version while i already have the ee4 license?

Hi there,
The roles and permission add-on is an EE3 add-on and is not compatible with EE4.
EE3 and EE4 are 2 separate systems so the add-ons for one do not work with the other, as you have an EE4 license you have access to all of the EE4 add-ons but not EE3.
Can I ask what you are looking to do with that add-on?

i nee front end submission event organizer can signup account and submit their event without seen my wp menu

That’s not available with EE4.
You can create a user account that only has enough privileges to create and edit their own events and not access other areas of the WP Admin, but we don’t have front-end submissions currently.

Are you using EE3 or EE4?
are the role and permission compatible with ee4
There is no roles and permissions add-on for EE4, the capabilities are baked into core so you don’t need an add-on.
