I can give you a direct link to download 3.1.24.3 but what are the issues you are having so we can fix them?

Thank you Chris I have posted all of the issues in the forum. It is about R and P that when it is active I can not access the question and group questions. If you check my posts you will notice the issues. I know that you guys are working hard to fix all the bugs and I appreciate it a lot. But I am not a programmer and sometime finding my way is not easy at all. Now that I have 3.1.25 in the WP admin panel it shows that there is one update for the plugins. I can not see any plugins asked for updates so I deactivate them one after the other to find out which plugin causes this notification and found out that it is EE. I deactivate the EE and tried to install it again by downloading the zip file from my account. But it says that installing is not successful. Please help
Ted

Thanks Chris, I assumed you need my admin login info and I just sent it to you.
Thanks for your help

@Ted

2 things:

1 – You aren’t getting the update notification that other people have been reporting (which is an actual alert message that appears on the Updates page and the Plugins page) — you are getting something entirely different (just a (1) next to Plugins when Event Espresso is active). I will need to pass this along to the developer who is working on the update engine and get back to you. For now, I don’t think you need to worry about it since it’s up-to-date (which you can see by going to the Updates page and no updates appear).

2 – I found the issue with your question group permissions. I’m not sure what happened (I’m late coming into this conversation — did you migrate the site from another host or something?), but your admin user has user ID 2, however all the questions have been assigned to user ID 1 which is why they don’t appear in your My Questions and My Groups — as far as Event Espresso and the R&P plugin are concerned, they aren’t your questions and question groups because they aren’t assigned to your user account. I will take care of that for you right now (basically just change the user ID from 1 to 2 for each of those).

Thank you chris so so much. I am not a programmer at all. And yes you are right the website has been migrated to a new server but the same host. I appreciate your help about this issue. So that (1) is not something that I have to be worry about. That is a good news although it is a little distracting when ever I see it ๐Ÿ˜€
Can you please let me know when you are done?

I am very happy with EE and its support team.
Cheers,

Yep, I’ll let you know when I’m out of there. I sent you an email separately about cPanel access to get into phpMyAdmin. Once we get our team looking at the (1) for the updates, we’ll add that fix into the next version of EE.

…and you’re all set. Your questions and question groups should all be assigned to you.

If this ever comes up again (for you or anyone else), the two tables I edited were _events_qst_group and _events_question and changed the wp_user value from what it was before (1) to your actual user ID (in this case 2) — this was easy to figure out since the wp_users table only had 1 user ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ll update the other post as well with this info.
