Returning users attempting to complete payment for event registration pending?

Hello, we have folks who have registered for events, added items from cart, proceeded to register and then abandon once they get to PayPal for whatever reason, close the broswer and then come back to complete payment, but cannot resume the payment process. The events show on their “my-events” as pending events, but there is nothing in the car. How do they resume payment?

Hi there,

If they show in their my events section they can use the icon to resume their session:

The events remain in the cart for the duration of the users session (which is roughly 1 hour), after that they are removed from the cart but the user can use the above link to resume.
