Retry Payment

Hello,
Sometimes registrations are abandoned. There is an option to “remind payment” in the transaction. I created a test and I got the message. As the student responding, clicked on Retry Payment from the link in my email, the page doesnt have a place where I can finish the payment.

There’s nothing owed on that transaction so no payment options to display.

Is that one of the registrations where the transaction has no line items?
