Retrieving information on registrants when plugin is removed from website

The event espresso plugin on our website (www.oudwordenmetzorg.nl) has given problems since the last update on thursday. As a consequence our hosting provider has removed the plugin, along with the information about the registrants of the upcoming events. I need this information very urgently, but I cannot reach the information in the wordpress admin (because the plugin is removed by the hosting provider).

How can I receive the information on the registrants of all past and upcoming events? My hosting provider is not coöperating, because for some reason, he seems to be against the use of event espresso.
