Response page ( realauth) Not taking working

Hi We are using realex for payments and the realauth payment option in event espresso

Realex say the test credit cards are going through fine at their end but when the user is redireced to the response page ( thank you ) it says the order is incomplete

I have given them the correct response page

Can anyone give me a bit of advice here

Hi Tom,

My sincere apologies that this response is so late!

Has this issue been resolved or is it still outstanding?

I know that one of the developers is currently doing some work on the Realauth side of things at the moment which may resolve this issue.
