response emails

Can you please provide me with directions to add a template to all the response emails. I want to add a header, background color and footer so the emails look kind of email newsletters.

Hi Dov,

I haven’t tried this, but since the email manager allows for using HTML, you should be able to use any HTML email template in the email manager. If you are familiar with HTML, this should be pretty simple. Just copy the HTML from a template, then paste it into the editor.
