Reset Support license key does not work

Hi guys,

i have recently reset our support license key as we changed website, which has been replied by you with a successfully done by email message.

But i unfortunately can not enter it into the wordpress plugin, and my member site also shows the old website name even after reset.

any thing i do wrong?

Hi there,

If the key has been re-assigned to the ‘old’ domain then your licnese key is still active on that domain. You will need to remove the key from that domain so that it stops pinging our servers.

On your old site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the licence key and save the settings.

Then request a key reset once again and we will reset it (it will just re-assign back to the old domain if we do it now)

Then (once reset) on your new site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key and save the settings, then re-apply the key and save the settings, that will assign the key to your new domain.
