Reset still pending

today the licence problem on my domain was solved from your side, something happen and the licence is applied correctly!

On my domain i paid for a reset and is still pending, i’ve followed all your instruction but still the same issue, valid licence but not for multidomain, is still linked on the old one and the status says PENDING, any suggestion will be fixed like the other one? My Event Espresso version is the last one.
