Amongst my learning I have created a bunch of test registrations and then made changes to tickets. I have tried to do a reset in Maintenance, but still have my registrations/tickets. How can I reset the registration/tickets? |
Resetting from the Maintenance page will delete everything, are you sure you want to do that? The way to remove registrations is first go to Event Espresso > Transactions and go into the transactions with payments, then remove each payment. Then you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations, then trash, then Permanently delete the registrations. |

The reset page will not remove those unless you’re removing everything (events included). The button to reset reserved counts doesn’t remove tickets or registrations with data.
You click on the date or the ID (blue text)
After payments are deleted from the transactions, you can click on the checkboxes, then click “Bulk Actions”, select Trash, then click Apply. Then click the Trash link where you’ll have the option to delete permanently. |

You can now remove the Registration itself, which will also delete the transaction. Event Espresso -> Registrations. The packlock shown here: https://monosnap.com/file/FXNCQISiJHjFLTqmfYDDafRjPC0zks Should have been removed as all of the payments have been removed, so now you can trash and then Perm Delete (by click the ‘Trash’ view at the top of the list). |
