Reset Pending

I went to reset my key to start using my live domain name and was sent to purchase a new key. I am using this license with the same website, just was using a testing domain under my host, but now I’m ready to go live. Does this change cost additional money???

It’s not a very clear process on the EE Account page for this. You’re forced to submit a forum support post to accomplish this task?!

We’re working on a better/more streamlined process. This system is still fairly new and was built entirely in-house in addition to building, developing and maintaining the actual plugin, so we haven’t had time to polish some things. Ideally, there isn’t any reason you’d need to put your license on a dev server since you can just upgrade the plugin manually if you need to, so you’d only put the license key on your live site. If you were moving the plugin from one live site to another live site, that’s another issue, and one that we’d ask for a license reassignment request.
