I asked for a reset on one of my licenses as I need to use it for a new client today.I haven’t heard anything and now it’s urgent! Could someone do the reset please?

May I ask when you requested a reset? The only request I can see on our system is from roughly an hour ago so I’m just checking there isn’t another missing somewhere.
