Reset license – moving from test domain to live domain

we installed and licensed eventespresso in our testing domain (which runs locally). Yesterday, when moving the site to the live domain, we reset the key to the new domain (orbal.es). However, it appears again on our account settings that our license is active on the development domain, and EE is no longer working on the live site.

Can you help us?

Hi,

Problems with the license key should not cause any problems with Event Espresso so your live site should still be active.

I will reset the license key again now, please remove the key from the .dev site and save the settings.

On your live site please remove the key, save the settings, replace the key and save the settings once more. This should solve any issues.
