Is there an easy way to reset the check-ins back to zero?

Hi Josh,

Are you looking to delete all checkins for all events? If so, you could go into the database with a tool like phpmyadmin and delete the rows from the _esp_checkin table.

Otherwise if you need to reset a specific registration’s check-in, you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check-in, select the event, select the datetime if applicable, then click on the timestamp. That will take you to a page where you can delete all the check-ins for that registration.

Thanks, I’m not real familiar with database tools but I will look into it. Where do I find the _esp_checkin table?

It will be listed among all of the other database tables from your website, when viewing the list of tables in phpmyadmin or similar tool.
