Is there any way to make it so reserved tickets do not effect the sold out? I have events that can only have a certain number of people and having 4 or 5 reserved is making my events sold out cause those seats not to be filled.

Hi there,
The reason we introduced the reservation system is to prevent overselling as when there are a few tickets remaining if more than one person starts the registration at the same time and they load the payment page at roughly the same time the event can oversell.
So we can’t prevent reserved tickets from being counted towards the sold values and then switching the event to sold out as that introduces the same race condition it was added to prevent.
However, the reservations system should only be ‘reserving’ tickets for the duration of the user’s session (which by default is 1 hour) and they then should be ‘released’ back on sale again, is that not happening on your site?
