Reserve tickets

Hi,

We already deleted the object cache and had our firewall no cache critical pages since last Friday. Everything is working better except for the reserve tickets. Its still getting stuck. I know it should only be 1 hour but it stays there.

We reset it from the maintenance but is there a way to permanently disable this?
not reserve at all?

Hi Cecile,

You can’t disable the reservation system within Event Espresso.

Have you checked to confirm if WP_Cron is working?

Install WP Control: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/

Go to Tools -> Cron events.

First does it show anything regarding WP Cron in a notice at the top of the page?

Can you see multiple cron events listed there that show ‘next run’ in the past?
