We have a pottery teaching studio where we have six classes in each term, the terms last 6 weeks and we have five terms per year. Many students want to know that they can secure a subscription booking in the next term.
So someone who is in the Monday morning class in Term one wants to reserve a place in the Monday morning class in Term two.
Is there a way for us – as admins – to reserve a place in a class in the next term on a student by student basis, and then have them log into the site and pay their fees?
We have already set up separate tickets for returning students and new students. We can control the number of people in both sorts of tickets. We’ve made the returning student tickets only visible to logged in users.
But we cannot find a way reserve a place in an upcoming class to a particular student. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Peter,
You’ve mentioned you have tickets set up for logged in users, so I assume you are you using the WP User Integration add-on on the site?
Are you using the ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS shortcode to output a ‘My events’ section for those users and you want the above registration to show on that?
